This course is for anyone interested in becoming an Expert Assessor or improving their knowledge as regards the Blue Badge assessment process. Topics include:
- Assessing applicants with physical disabilities impacting their walking ability
- Undertaking assessments of application with “Hidden Disabilities” and the Scotland risk in traffic criteria
- How to undertake face to face assessments and telephone assessments during the coronavirus pandemic

Venue – Remote, participants can join the course remotely from their home / office.
